The Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) division at NMDC Consulting is central to our efforts to uphold the highest standards of health and safety. This specialist team plays a key role in assessing risk, developing procedures and deploying them in the workplace, as well as hosting training programs to improve understanding amongst all staff.

  • Policies & Procedures

    Prior to the commencement of any work, we conduct thorough risk and environmental impact assessments. We then issue comprehensive instructions to all staff, ensuring they know how to fulfil their responsibilities in the safest way possible. By taking a proactive approach to our HSE policies and procedures, we empower our employees with the tools they need to thrive.

  • HSE Manual

    A unified and universal understanding of HSE is critical to safety at work. To foster this sense of collective empowerment, we issue every employee with a comprehensive HSE manual, which provides all the necessary details of our policies and procedures and acts as an essential reference point.

  • HSE Training

    All our employees contribute to the safety of our workplace, which is why provide rigorous HSE training to equip them with the skills and competencies required. Our QHSE department regularly assesses and addresses training gaps, and provides a bespoke HSE induction Training Program for new hires. With regular talks and workshops to update knowledge, we ensure staff knowledge is continually up to date.
